Funded Farmers (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a private consulting service that helps farmers prepare and submit applications for USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) loans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the USDA, the FSA, or any government agency.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect your information for one purpose only — evaluating your fit and preparing your USDA loan application. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for marketing, and we delete it when the work is done.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our qualification survey, contact form, or schedule a call, we collect things like your name, email address, phone number, state, and basic details about your farm and funding needs. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to build your loan application — for example, farm financial records, income and expense information, tax information, debts, and details for your farm business plan.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use basic cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type). If you arrive from one of our ads, advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) may record that your visit came from an ad, so we can measure whether our ads work.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
Determine whether our service and the USDA loan program are a good fit for you
Communicate with you about your inquiry, your call, and your application
Prepare, assemble, and submit your USDA loan application, and follow through with the FSA until a decision is made
Operate and improve our website and measure our advertising
We do not use the personal or financial information you provide for any purpose outside of your USDA loan application.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information.
We never share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When we share information
We share your information only in these limited cases:
With the USDA Farm Service Agency, at your direction, as part of preparing and submitting your loan application. That is the entire point of our service.
With service providers that help us run our website, survey, scheduling, email, and text messaging. They may handle your contact information only as needed to provide those services to us, and for no other purpose.
When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
How we store and protect your information
The personal and financial documents you provide for your loan application are stored offline, on systems that are not connected to the internet. Access is limited to the people working directly on your application.
How long we keep it
We delete the personal and financial information collected for your loan application within 30 days after the FSA approves or denies your loan, or within 30 days after our engagement ends, whichever comes first. We may keep basic records of our business relationship (like invoices and correspondence) where the law requires it.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, your scheduled call, and your application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our service. As stated above, your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@fundedfarmers.com and we’ll take care of it. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Children
Our website and services are for working farm operators and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
