Terms of Service

Effective date: August 30, 2026

Welcome to Funded Farmers. These terms cover your use of fundedfarmers.com and our services. By using this website, filling out our survey, or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email hello@fundedfarmers.com.

Who we are

Funded Farmers is a private consulting service. We help farmers prepare, assemble, and submit applications for USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) loans. We are not a lender, a bank, a broker, or a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the USDA, the FSA, or any government agency.

What we do — and what we don’t

We package loan applications: gathering documents, completing FSA forms, building your farm business plan and financial projections, submitting the application, and following through until the FSA makes a decision.

All lending decisions are made solely by the FSA. We cannot and do not guarantee that your loan will be approved, how much you will receive, or how long the FSA’s review will take. Anything on this website describing loan amounts, rates, or terms describes the USDA’s programs generally and is not an offer or a promise.

Filling out our survey or booking a call is not a loan application, and does not obligate you to anything.

Fees

We work on a success-fee basis. The exact fee is explained plainly on your call and agreed to in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing on this website is a quote.

Your responsibilities

Our work is only as good as the information you give us. You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and truthful — the FSA requires it, and so do we. You are responsible for reviewing your application before it is submitted and for meeting your obligations under any loan you receive.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice

We prepare loan application paperwork. We are not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing on this website or in our service is legal, tax, or financial advice. For those questions, talk to a licensed professional.
