BEFORE THE CALL
How to show up ready.
It's a phone call.
Ozzy will call the number you gave us, right on time. About 30 minutes.
No documents needed.
Just know your rough numbers — acres, revenue, what you owe. Ballpark is fine.
Bring your questions.
Fee, timeline, odds — ask anything. You'll get straight answers, including the exact fee numbers.
Spouse or partner welcome.
If someone else helps run the operation, have them on the call. Two sets of ears beat one.
DUE DILIGENCE
Do your homework on us — please.
The loans are real.
Read about FSA Direct Operating Loans on the USDA's own site: fsa.usda.gov. That's the program we package applications for.
We're not the government.
Funded Farmers is a private consulting service — the FSA makes every lending decision. Anyone who promises approval is someone to walk away from.
Our fee is success-based.
A percentage of the funded loan, only when the money lands. You'll get exact numbers on the call — before you commit to anything.
The road ahead.
Call (30 min) → We build your application (a few weeks) → Your FSA office reviews → Funded. You farm the whole way through — the paperwork is our problem.
QUICK ANSWERS
A few more questions.
Is this a sales call?
It's a fit call. If the program fits your farm, we'll tell you what working together looks like, fee included. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you that too — we only get paid when clients get funded, so we don't take on farms we can't help.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and farms don't wait. Use the link in your confirmation email — just please pick a new time rather than going quiet.
What will you ask me?
About your operation: what you grow or raise, how long you've been at it, rough revenue, what you owe, and what the money would do.
Can I read about the program first?
Please do — the links above are the best starting point, and our What to Expect page answers everything else.
